None: If you have no problems you should and need not use a regular eye drop. Many people suffer from dry eyes, in that case artificial tears can be used regularly after a checkup with your eye md. Stay away from vasoconstrictives that relieve red eye for a couple of hour. Once a week use is ok but continuous use will damage the blood vessels of conjunctiva.
