Yes and no: Systane gel can be mixed with regular Systane drops. However the eye can only hold one drop so it does not make much sense to mix them. Eye wash is used to irrigate out the eyes and is not a lubricant and should not be mixed with the the Systane gel or drops. If you feel that your eyes are not being adequately lubricated by the Systane, then I would suggest trying other brands of drops
