Wounds in general: Not sure of "air soft". A wound is created when a something ruptures the skin and deeper tissues with damage to adjacent tissues and organs which are interconnected and interrelated. Loss of blood, severity of damage to adjacent organs all affect healing. Timing can be days, weeks, months until any real return to "normal" is identified. In short, the depth/severity of any wound determines healing.
