Avoid avoidance!: 108 is actually pretty good. Is that a fasting level? Do you have diabetes or metabolic syndrome? If the 108 is random or non-fasting, that's even better. Don't worry so much about specific foods; concentrate on "waist management" as dr oz is found of saying. Lean body weight is the best defense against elevated glucose levels. Also, balance small meals and lots of exercise!
