Varies: Recovery from any surgical procedure can vary from patient to patient. The type of teeth removed (baby vs permanent, erupted vs impacted), position of the teeth, difficulty during surgery, type of anesthesia (local vs sedation) provided, and more importantly, your perception of pain/soreness/discomfort and how you respond to it are all things that are involved in how quickly or slowly you recover.

Depends: The recovery is dependent on the amount of work to remove the teeth as well as the bodies natural healing abilities. In general for surgical extractions there will be about 3 days of discomfort and possibly some swelling.
