Treatment options: People who don't have a doctor commonly get treatment - they call a treatment program, in or out patient, some are high cost, others state supported, and some are free. The first and most important step is to realize you are addicted, and that you need help, and a phone call can get your improved life moving forward.

Support groups. : That's a broad question. In general, yes there in non medical treatment for addiction: these include individual substance abuse counseling and or self help support groups like ne/aa. The 12 step support groups are especially helpfull if one invest the time.

Seriously reconsider: The previous replays on self help are excellent but, if you can find a professional that you can have confidence in and comfortably confide in their help can be invaluable.
