Fruits & veggies: Best way to help your body is to eat lots of fruits & veggies every day. Brightly colored fruits & veggies, and dark leafy greens this will help 'flush out' your system at the same time you are getting great nutrition exercise will also help flush out your system drink plenty of water best wishes!
