Does drinking yerba mate help in cleaning out your system for a drug test? and it usually flushes me out when ever i eat something; but would it aid in cleaning me out in the event of a drug test?

Yerba mate: Yerba mate, a shrub from south america which is used as a beverage w antioxidant effects ; nutritional value has been shown to have some detoxification effect but this will not help you to beat a drug test. The only way to stay clean for drug screening urinalysis is not to use.
