Try LactoseFree diet: A common cause of gas and bloating is lactose intolerance, even if you have not had problems with milk in the past. Lactose intolerance can start at any time, and symptoms can vary from day to day. Try a lactose-free diet for 1-2 weeks (no regular milk, cheese, ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, yogurt, or milk chocolate). You may drink lactose-free milk, soy or almond milk.
