Aerobic fitness: Devote a lot of time and efforts to running and calisthenics. Eat plenty of complete protein (for this adventure 1 gm / day / pound you weigh is good) and get used to being a little bit hungry most of the time. This is a worthwhile endeavor and will hopefully lead to lifelong fitness.
