Water: Water by itself should not cause problems. Some people are sensitive to the temperature of the water. Both hot and cold water can cause some swelling or itching of hands in some patients. If you have some type of rash such as psoriasis that can be sore with water exposure. Try taking a bendaryl tablet and see if this helps.
