Well thats abnormal: You need to be able to bend your legs. Is it knee pain. You were not specific. At first you could try stretching exercises perhaps supervised by a friend or trainer. If you can bend a little and do that and each day do 10-20 and try to bend a little more. If you can't then you might have to see a doctor and get xrays or an mri.
