What can be done to stop re-rolling my ankle?

Constant : Rolling of ankle is chronic lateral ankle instability. You can wear a brace, tape it etc but if its that frequent it's due to complete rupture of ankle ligament and need mri. Likely would need it repaired at this point. See a foot and ankle specialist.

Ankle Instability: It sounds like you have chronic ankle instability. If you have exhausted nonsurgical remedies such as bracing, physical therapy, strengthening, etc, then you should consult your physician for a foot and ankle surgeon. You may need a surgical procedure to stabilize your chronic ankle instability. I hope this helps, good luck!
