Should not have pain: If you have pain during exercise, you are overdoing it, or something is wrong. Delayed soreness after exercise is normal, but pain during exercise indicates something is wrong! I am not talking about Lactic Acid build up in muscle which i experience when lifting weights or taking a mountain bike up an incline-that is normal.
