Hearing Loss: Hearing can be tested using several different methods. One of the most simple tests is done using tuning forks. This is a very gross exam, but can give an indication of hearing loss. A whisper test works, too. The definitive test, is to have an audiogram. There are screening &comprehensive audiograms. Because there are several kinds of hearing loss, you should be evaluated by an audiologist.
