A member asked:

How come i always have a headache after a nap?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Could be ...: Typically in the sleep world, particularly with breathing issues, i always think about low oxygen that causes brain blood vessels to spasm. Relatively common in people. Also it could be muscular due to positioning from naps. If this doesn't happen when you sleep otherwise, that may be the reason.
