Get checked,,,: The best thing to do is see your doctor for an exam and possible treatment as this could be an infection, like epididymitis or an even more serious issue like possible torsion or twisting of the testes. It might be some other infection also, like chlamydia. So see your doctor soon as this has gone on too long and it doesn't look like Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is working. Best of luck.
