Isoimmunization is only of concern for future pregnancies, and then only if you didn't receive Rhogam during your pregnancies which doesn't happen now a days. There is always a baseline miscarriage rate, but yours shouldn't be any higher.

See below: There should be no problem for your child unless you had a previous child with a positive blood type and did not receive rhogam. The risk of self-abortion is higher in younger women than older women, but your obstetrician will be able to help you monitor this, but it is not related to your blood type.
