None: There is no reason that your body should reject the pregnancy based on your blood type of this is your first pregnancy. Isoimmunization is only of concern for future pregnancies, and then only if you didn't receive Rhogam during your pregnancies which doesn't happen now a days. There is always a baseline miscarriage rate, but yours shouldn't be any higher.

See below: There should be no problem for your child unless you had a previous child with a positive blood type and did not receive rhogam. The risk of self-abortion is higher in younger women than older women, but your obstetrician will be able to help you monitor this, but it is not related to your blood type.
