Why does pericarditis result in intermittent dizziness? i am taking indomiacin and colchine. what could be done to alleviate dizziness. ?

Pericarditis: Does not usually cause dizziness unless tamponade results with low BP ...Talk to your physician as perhaps medication could be causing & keep we'll hydrated.

Heart rhythm problem: Pericarditis per se doesn't cause dizziness. Occasionally it could be due to rhythm disturbances. You need a ECG or may holter monitoring to detect this problem.
