Sounds like you need: A good primary care doc to follow up with on a regular basis and sort this out. If you have been to the er multiple times, or if they have already done basic tests and determined that your heart is okay, there may not be more the er can do - ers are set up to decide if you are in immediate danger, and if so, to get you to the right next step to keep you alive (surgery, icu, etc). See your pcp soon.
