Nightmares/terrors: Night terrors are a sleep disorder like sleep walking that usually reflect poor sleep patterns and or a sleep deficiency. The kid will not wake immediately if you touch them and often scream and writhe like they are fighting. If allowed to run it's course it last about 5 min. The kid doesn't remember it the next day if asked.Review your kids hx with your pcp.Catching up with sleep might end this.
