I'm finding it very hard to cut down from 4mg to 3mg clonazepam because of physical cravings.down from 6mg.what would you suggest to ease this process?

Clonazepam: Clonazepam can be one of the most difficult drugs to wean yourself away from. In my experience the side effects from stopping the medication can be overwhelming. I have had success placing patients on other benzodiazepines which work to alleviate the side effects. By substituting the other medicine the effect of Clonazepam disappears then later the other med can be more easily weaned.

Unfortunately nothin: You might have to tough it out. Good luck in getting off Clonazepam which is very addictive.
