Should not be: A problem. It takes more than two weeks to develop dependence unless very high dose. So can't predict

Why used? more info: the first question is: are you sure the symptoms are not withdrawal but the actual anxiety coming back. I see that you did not list anxiety as a condition being treated. The pace of the taper off Klonopin seems appropriately nice and slow so it would be unusual for it to be this medication. If you had a much higher dose (max of clonazepam is 4mg per day) first week, it would cause problems.
