Possibly a hordeolum: Almost like a pimple in the skin of the eyelid. Try soaking it with warm water on a washcloth, get an rx for some antibiotic ointment if it looks infected.

Chalazion: This may be a chalazion or a stye. I would suggest warm compresses and gentle massage of the bump and if there is no improvement in a week or so ( or if it gets worse) then see your eye doctor.
