Warm compresses will: help for 5-10 mins 4 times a day. To open up the meibomian gland duct to drain the oil that you see. Otherwise, it can become an infected stye. Then you'll have to drain it by your eye doctor..See your eye doctor or PCP to double check. You're doing too much computer work, and not blinking creating a dry eye condition. Take a break, blink more, use artificial tears & warm compresses. Prevention!
