Telogen Effluvium : Telogen effluvium often occurs about 3-4 months after extreme body stressors such as childbirth and a prolonged high fever. In most cases, it resolves without specific treatment in a few weeks to a couple of months. Although your telogen effluvium has lasted slightly longer than usual, it sounds as if your hair loss is improving. If you're still concerned, see a dermatologist.

Duration of Telogen: Is variable and can't tell how long it will last. Hair growth is affected by many factors including aging, stress, illness, medications etc .I have d same problem so i just blame it on natural aging process. I have to see my dr too. Try taking biotin and lots of fruits and veggies to delay d process. Best wishes! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/telogen_effluvium.
