First-: Talk to her, an kindly and gently let her know she seems not to be herself and ask what you can do for her. Then ask if it would be ok for you to come along to her next doctor apt for her or to the pediatrician when the kids go in for a check-up and encourage her to ask the doc about what you've noticed. It's one thing to diagnose her, but if she has ppd, she also needs professional help and yours.
