4 wks pregnant: Assuming that your dates are correct, a pregnancy at 4weeks cannot be visualized yet. Between 5-6 weeks, a gestational sac can be seen and after 6 weeks a fetus within the sac with a visible heartbeat should be seen. The ovarian cyst you are talking about is most likely a corpus literal cyst that is supposed to be there a a function of the pregnancy. It will resolve usually by 14 weeks.
