Some help: Balneol cream and tucks (witch hazel) pads may be somewhat soothing. Sitz baths with epsom salts may also help. Sit in a bath tub with just enough hot water to cover your anal area (not hot enough to burn you but as hot as you can tolerate) and supersaturate with about 12 tblspn of epsom salts.10 minutes twice a day. Usually is quite effective.
