These are common to those with hard/dry or bulky stools. They self heal over time and need no special treatment. A low potency OTC steroid cream can reduce the pain as can OTC lidocaine ointment. Addition of Miralax to your diet that retains moisture & softens stools naturally can reduce the recurrence. Increasing your voluntary emptying frequency can reduce the bulk of stools.

Add to above advice sitz baths after bowel movements. If not better in a few weeks you should see s surgeon Hope you do well
