Further evaluation: Required. May need chest x-ray & echocardiogram to assess for chf. Could also be an ace inhibitor related cough.

Smoking?: Smoking associated with bronchitis vs the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors medication are two good possibilities. Smoking is the worse habit you can have after a stent placement. Increase plague formation exponentially and risk of heart attack.
