64 , male, mhx: 2 coronary stents with stable condotion .controled htn and dm.complains of strong cough since 2 monthes ..its hard cough with mucous?

Smoking?: Smoking associated with bronchitis vs the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors medication are two good possibilities. Smoking is the worse habit you can have after a stent placement. Increase plague formation exponentially and risk of heart attack.
