Acute bronchitis?: If you're not short of breath, it would be unlikely (but possible) that it's bronchitis. This could be allergies, or pharyngitis, or sinusitis. The cough would come from irritation of inflammation of the pharynx. But you should be evaluated by a local doctor to determine which is truly going on and receive the appropriate treatment.
