A member asked:

I have been diagnose to have grade 2/6 systolic ejection murmur over 2-5 local with a split 2nd hs heard over mitral area. will it affect me? i am 23

Unclear: Although you give some details from the exam, it's still not enough info. That description could be consistent with normal or it could be consistent with an atrial septal defect or other abnormality. If a cardiologist is concerned, an echocardiogram would likely resolve it.
