Had an echo for small murmur. came back normal. but on report it lists aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valves normal. but there is no mention of the pulmonary valve. not anywhere. why is this?

Perhaps it was: Not well visualized but agree it should be commented upon. You likely have a benign flow murmur.

Unsure...: Just because the valve is not commented on does not mean there is an issue. Would call the lab where the study was performed and have them review your study, focusing on the pulmonic valve. Good luck.
