Probably not: The stuff is full of antioxidants which are said to be good for people. If the caffeine makes you sick, cut down. Interestingly, today i was chasing down the common urologist claim that oxalate-rich tea-drinking promotes kidney stone formation; there's actually two refereed articles suggesting green tea reduces stone risk. No truly hard science. Enjoy your tea.
