No: Your breast milk is an ultra-filtrate of your plasma so what you eat does to some extent affect the composition of your breast milk. So a little bit of caffeine will enter your baby. The amount he gets will be miniscule and not harm yöur baby. Sometimes baby's are treated with caffeine.
