Spitting or vomiting: An important question is whether he is vomiting with force or is hejust spitting up after a feed. If he is vomiting he needs to be evaluated for a metabolic disease or some type of bowel obsruction such as pyloric stenosis. Spitting may just mean overfeeding or eating too rapidly. Take him to the pediatrician or er for proper diagnosis and treatment.
