Healthy active 27f crampy feeling in lower right rib cage, relieved by heat. what could this be? worried its my liver.

It could be: Any number of things, liver/gallbladder problem being one of them. See a doctor for blood tests and possible imaging with ultrasound if you are worried. If pain is relieved by heat, it is more likely a muscle spasm, but you can't be sure.
