Alike UTI: Trichomonas is usually but not always symptomatic in males while it is almost never symptomatic in female. Men may experience burning, discharge, difficulty to void. Often times co-infection is present further complicating the picture. Diagnosis however is established not by symptoms. You need evaluation of your history, examination and testing. If you have concerns then go and see your doctor.
