Trichomoniasis: Most importantly, most men don't have vaginas! If they report that their partners are + for Trichomoniasis they should of course should be treated.

Treatment is easier: Literally the testing (urethral dna swab, I'm not trusting on lab to look in microscope) is worse than the disease or treatment (like one tablet).
