I have mild pots, when i stand my bp goes up a little, go light headed for 5-10secs and hr goes up by about 30. what causes the light headed if bp up.

BP change: Your probably having a bigger BP change then you realize. If your heart rate is changing by 30 bpm, then there will be a significant transition point. You may not be catching it with a cuff.
