Positive ANA: Positive ANA is sometimes found in young females. It is a non specific marker. Only some patients with positive ANA have lupus. More specific tests are needed to confirm that such as double standed anti dna test and lupus panel. Sed rate also helps to determine if there is active inflammation. 1:80 id only slightly elevated the test just needs to be repeated in 2 to 3 months. Check with md.

Unlikely scleroderma: It does not seem to me it's scleroderma. True your ESR is little bit high (0-20) but ANA is normal. One should periodically repeat ANA to catch possible elevations. The most specific test is however scl-70 (topoisomerase). It is positive in 60 % up in cases of systemic scleroderma. You have no raynaud's , no joint pains, no swallowing issues , no peripheral neuropathy. So sleep well!

More information: I can not call this scleroderma. The malabsorption can occur in scleroderma but it can occur in other situations. I am uncertain what pots stands for. The + ANA is not specific. The sed rate of 29 is not that high your physician will need to consider a lot of possibilities.
