NOT: Side effects of monistat. You may have systemic yeast and need a course of Fluconazole and Nystatin for bowel yeast.

Doesn't sound: Like these are symptoms or side effects of the monostat but for sure try stopping the monostat. If symptoms persist see your primary care doctor promptly for a diagnosis.
