The right side of my face is swollen, have a headache but recently developed sharp above my right eye, and tight neck on that side. symptoms conected?

Confusing: It is difficult to tie all of these symptoms into one diagnosis. The face swelling and headache could be sinusitis. The fact that it is a sharp pain could suggest migraine headache. The neck tightness could be simple spasm from the anxiety of feeling bad. A viral cause is always a possibility, but doesn't seem to fit perfectly here either.
