It depends on size: If the aneurysm is smaller than 5 cm. There is a very small chance that it could rupture, if over 5 cm. And larger than a greater chance. The greater the size, the greater chance of rupture.

Low: Depends on size generally. Many expand very slowly over years and may cause some discomfort. Once found, regular ct followup is common and repair at about 6 cm size.
