Depends: If you have a family history theres a 10% relation. Their wise hypertension and smoking are the most common contributing factors. As a rule a 37 year old should not be concerned.

It depends : The bigest risk factors are smoking, hypertension, genetics, bicuspid aortic valve. Otherwise, it's not very common.
