A member asked:

How does plavix (clopidogrel) affect sed rate and blood tests results?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually no effect: Plavix (clopidogrel) typically doesn'f affect sed rate. It would not make it go down. It could make it go up, if you were having an allergic reaction to it. However, Plavix (clopidogrel) allergy is usually a rash. If you are not having any clear symptoms, and your sed rate is high, it is probably not the plavix (clopidogrel).
