Probably not: You are on a blood thinner called plavix (clopidogrel). This can promote weaker vessels to leak. It sounds as if you have had a subconjunctival hemorrhage which is not a problem as long as the vision is undisturbed, and the eyes can move normally. If these are changed, then you should see your ophthalmologist as soon as possible.
