Morning sickness: You can always ask your OB for prescription strength anti-nausea medicine. Some women have success with over the counter vitamin b6 at 25-50mg a day. You can also take the b6 with unisom at night (will make you drowsy) and this can help with nausea as well. Trying to find bland foods that you can tolerate is essential and small, frequent meals will often help as well.

Ginger: A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can decrease nausea.
