Pain: Depending on where you hit your head exactly maybe did something to a small sensory nerve that is just above the eye and is causing a neuralgia type pain. Given the time since your injury this is unlikely though. Ers are not great places for figuring things like this out. Their goal is to just rule out serious/life threatening problems. See a neurologist or your pcp who can explore this more.

Not an ER problem: Go see a pcp or an neurologist and get evaluate. The er is not the place for the evaluation that is necessary to elucidate the cause of this issue. Hope you are better soon.
